千鳥屋だったのか

ときどきふと思い出す，スベンスカのパンと，エルベのケーキ。

たまに帰福しても見る機会がなく，なくなったとかいなねーと思っていましたが，

エルベは千鳥屋総本舗のセントラル店＠新宮で出しているらしいです。

で，よく覚えてませんでしたが，エルベもスベンスカも千鳥屋の事業だったんですね。

1630（寛永７）　佐賀で「松月堂」を創業

1927（昭和２）　原田政雄が飯塚に松月堂の支店として「千鳥屋」を開店

1949（昭和24）　福岡・新天町に福岡支店を開店

1954（昭和29）　原田政雄死去　妻ツユが事業継承

その後，昭和37年に「チロリアン」，昭和41年にドイツケーキの製造（昭和43年に新天町にエルベを開店），昭和44年にはドイツパンの製造販売（スベンスカ）と事業拡大していきますが，「お家騒動」が起こり会社が分裂します。

千鳥屋宗家：三男が大阪で

千鳥屋総本家：長男が東京で　→　2016年に経営破綻

千鳥饅頭総本舗：次男が福岡で
